GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively for orders of with Hi&Lo GmbH, Sauerwiesen 50, 67661 Kaiserslautern in the online Shop under hilo-slides.de by consumers and entrepreneurs:
1. The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relations between Hi&Lo GmbH and the customer. The version valid at the time the contract is concluded is decisive in each case.
2. Consumers within the meaning of these terms and conditions are natural persons with whom a business relationship is entered without a commercial or self-employed professional activity being attributable to them.
Entrepreneurs within the mean of these terms and conditions are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity with whom a business relationship is entered and with whom a commercial or independent professional activity is carried out. Customers within the meaning of these terms and conditions are both consumers and entrepreneurs.
3. Deviating, conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions shall not become part of the contract, even if known, unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.
These General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to future business relations with entrepreneurs without Hi&Lo GmbH having to refer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary General Terms and Conditions, their validity is hereby rejected; they shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
CONTRACTUAL PARTNER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The contractual partner is Hi&Lo GmbH.
Products, which are offered by Hi&Lo GmbH in the online shop, are regarded as a binding offer to conclude a contract for the respective article and can initially be placed in the shopping basket without obligation. Details can be changed before sending a binding order by using the correction aids provided during the order process. The order becomes binding after the offer has been accepted by clicking the order button. The contract begins when the articles are deposited in the shopping cart. Each order is followed by an order confirmation sent by e-mail.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT
The subject matter of the contract is the unlimited provision of various types of documents (e.g. templates), primarily in the form of digital PowerPoint files. The files shall be made available for download and will be subject to the rights of use specified under point 4. Configuration or installation on end devices is not part of the subject matter of the contract.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
RIGHTS OF USE
Our products are protected by copyright. The customer is granted the simple, non-exclusive, unlimited right to use our products to the extent specified below. This includes loading into the main memory of your terminal device as well as the intended use. You are entitled to permanently transfer the purchased copy to third parties if you:
- Expressly inform the third party of the scope of your right of use,
- To hand over to the third party the complete documentation, if applicable, and
- At the same time give up the use of the products completely. You will completely give up your own rights if you delete all copies on your end devices and external data carriers, unless you are legally obliged to keep them for a longer period of time. At our request, you will confirm the complete usage task to us in writing.
You may not remove or change copyright notices, serial numbers or other identification features of the products. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the modification, processing, public reproduction, transfer to third parties, in particular by making available for download, as well as any copying not covered by the intended use, is not permitted.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
After completion of the order process and receipt of payment, purchased downloads can be made effective immediately.
PAYMENT
The following payment methods are available to you in our shop:

During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of Hi&Lo until full payment has been received.
